Initial GM-501

Question

Whenever I start the navigation I get a Fatal Application Error. It has "Application Intellinav.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.Program: Intellinav.exeException: 0xC0000005Address:03FC0844"When I hit "OK" it takes me back to the main menu screen. All I want is to reset it somehow if that is possible. If I have to send it somewhere to be repaired I will just go buy another unit that will work correctly.
