ok i will try to make this long story short i filled my return along with my injured spouse form at the begining of march untill today i would call and they would tell me different things mostly that it was still being processed today i called and was told that knowbody had even looked at it yet due to high call volume she told me she could work it while i was on the phone she then told me my return was processed my question is if it was processed today when will i receive a check in the mail (sorry so long i tried to keep it short)

I think you are asking about a workers compensation check?  To give a meaningful answer the readers would need to know the state in which you are seeking benefit checks.  It would be helpful if the medical diagnosis was known.  Has she undergone a surgical procedure.  What medical specialists have been involved in treating the injury.  Is there a projected date of maximum degree of medical improvement?  Or a date she will be released to return to work?  If the check is denied, you may encourage your spouse to apply for Social Security disability benefits based on the medical evidence of the case.
