The first match of the series is scheduled to be played on June 16 at the Rose Bowl in Southampton.

“It's not a nice feeling being left out,” he said in a conversation with Fairfax News, before going on to explain that he intended to use the extra time to practice his batting. “I have to go out and score some runs. It's something that I've wanted
to work on and now having a few months off, it would have been a waste not to do some work on it.”
Southee, who is looking to develop his all-round abilities, has played 17 Tests for the national side, during which he has managed to score a total of 485 runs at an average of 20.20. The Kiwis upcoming tour of the Caribbean includes two T20Is, five ODIs
and two Test matches.
Cricket Australia have announced that negotiations with the Australian Cricketers’ Association have finally taken a positive turn, with a new pay deal expected to be finalised  before June 30, when the players’ old contracts are due to expire.
The board’s initial offer was rejected by the players’ union owing to its dependence on a performance-based system for calculating the amount of revenue the board was expected to play the players. The union and the Aussie cricketers demanded a more fixed
system, akin to the one utilised in their present contracts, which ensured that they were paid a fixed 26%.
With both parties unable to reach a settlement, the threat of a players’ strike loomed over Australia’s upcoming ODI tour of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/James-Alexander-Sutherland-c65430
has stated that he is confident a new deal and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed soon.
