ok, iv been working out for abount close to a month now everyday. My rest day is sunday, anyways, Iv been getting injuries even though iv been stretching, idk if its the correct way, but i been stretching. My first injury was 2 days ago while running, i was running and got bad cramps in my calfs, my buddy told me his football coach told him to keep going so i did, now i got a pulled calf. The reason i got on here though is because i started my workout today with a 3 minute jog, i could run good, then i hit the heavy bag for a couple minutes, then with my "perfect pushups" did 2 sets of 15, i am hurting now, i got to 14 on my 2nd set, n i heard a pop, it was in my neck and between my back, now i cant look in any direction all the way without pain and got a horrible pain in my neck, someone help?
