Question:

Ink spray on printed photo

Hi, i am having a problem with ink droplets on my prints, i have done a full maintenance job as instructed by manufacturer..HP..3210 ALL IN ONE..i am also using HP photo paper, could it just be that i have an iffy cartridge?
