  1. The inmate should now his max and min release dates.

  2. http://www.friendsbeyondthewall.com/main...

Put the name you want in the state you need.

  3. Hello Lynette. The charges that an inmate is serving and his release date is considered public knowledge. Call the facility, ask for records. Identify the inmate ( with his inmate number) and they are allowed to tell you his EDS (Expiration of Definete Sentence).

There is a Catch 22 here though. If the inmate has any detainers on him from another agency, that is NOT considered public knowledge and they will not tell you.

What this means is that when his time is up with the state, he will be released. The authorizing agency that issued the detainer will be waiting at Sallyport so when the inmate is released, he will be free for about 2 seconds until he then detained and brought to the next agency to answer for the detainer.

I hope this helps and you can find it useful

  4. Go to google.com.

Type in "your state's name" and "department of corrections"

Click on the link provided and then look for the offender records, the release date will be listed.
