okay these arent my legs but i circled around the part im talking bout

i found this pik online and my inner thights are chubbier than that

my legs are skinny except for that part

i dont like it kuz it shows

what excersises should i do to take that fat awayyy?

i drew how much more fat i have so u can see what i mean

  1. ok sweety if you have something that looks like that on your leg...thats called a tumor  


  2. you should do cardio or treadmill, walking and using your legs will help you lose the little tiny fat you have there

    umm i have the same problem but i found if you do toneing excersizes it definately helps. plus cardio is always great

  4. You're still thin, don't stress so much over this.

    You don't want a gaping chasm between your thighs, that just looks weird and unhealthy.  Just keep exercising normally (don't overdo!!) and eat healthy and balanced food, and don't worry so much about these tiny details!

Hmm, i used to worry about that same fat.. then somewhere around the age of 20 i realized it is suppose to be there, Unless of course you are a muscle builder.. those legs look great, even with the fat which wouldn't be as noticeable if it wasn't circled.  We are human an are suppose to have a small amount of fat, its usually because we are mammals and need insulation. But i understand insecurities, i was once a teenager.. all you have to do is use a treadmill or walk around the block a few times each night.  Or get on all fours and lift your leg to the side while it is still bent from the knee, hold it in place for 20 seconds, do this for about 10 minutes and everyday try adding a few more seconds.. you will feel the burning in the exact area the fat is, that's how you will know its working.

  9. well, you cant spot reduce so you will have to lose fat everywhere in your body.

    do cardio, and tone up a little.
