Innocent smoothies !?

Question

Do you think if you just put what it says on the back of an innocent smoothie carton in a blender it will turn out the same ? I ALWAYS buy big cartons but I was just curious !

What does it mean to press an apple , like squeeze the juice out of it ???

I haven't done the exact Innocent Smoothie recipe myself, but I've done many smoothies and believe me when I say ~ it will work :)

Although I must say I found it weird when I opened the Innocent Recipe Book and found out they 'reccommend' less stuff for a home~made smoothie than they show they use xD (like for example their recipe from the book has no grapes ~ still, strawberry smoothies taste delicious even without them).

If you want to make your own strawberry smoothie, I reccommend using half~frozen strawberries, this will make your smoothie cold without putting it into the fridge after blending! :)

and yes, I think the apple is pressed when you squeeze the juice out :)

You just juice apples in a juicer. if that was your question on that. like juice the orange or lemon with a orange juicer but with apples and other hard fruits and veggies, you need a juicer like JUICEMAN JR or JACK LALANE'S JUICER.
