  1. Best to ask the nurse at your local surgery. You probably don't need anything specific but you might check your regular ones are up-to-date.

  2. Mexico!!!  You are in for a treat - I've been three times LOVE IT!!!!  I'm covered for 10 years now but if I remember rightly its Yellow Fever, Hep C and Thypoid?  If you go to your doctors they have a map of the world with what you need.  But, if you are healthy most people dont bother, I'm a firm believer in prevention though....!!  I believe Doctors charge for this now you cant get them on the NHS and they start at £20 per vaccination..... contact your GP surgery they are the experts......  Have a great time! x

  3. If you are going to a tourist resort, you do not need any shots.  If you are going to remote areas that is different.  I am an American living in mexico and needed no vaccinations before coming.   You could choose to have the hep a and b vaccines if you like, or if your family doc recommends them.

  4. Im British and have been in Mexico a year and a half and I never needed any and dont know anyone else that did either.
