Innova Dream espresso machine

Question

Hi! My espresso machine turns on but it doesn't heat up or build up pressure. I heard a rumor that there is a reset button on the top inside, so I took off the top, but after about 20 minutes of searching, I never found anything that resembled any kind of button. Does anyone know how I can find this?
