Innovage digital photo keychain not turning on

Question

are there any solutions for having downloaded images prior to charging? I had no problems with installing the software, but jumped the gun on charging, and now it doesn't seem to be taking a charge and will not display
anything unless it's plugged into a USB. Thanks!
