Inop burner on new jenn-air JEC9530 elec flat...

Question

Please help. Have new (less than 2 year old) JEC9530 electric cooktop. The large right front burner suddenly stopped heating. Just quit. All other burners work fine. Before I call for repair service, wondered if anyone out there might have an idea on how to trouble shoot the problem.Did we burn a fuse? A wire come loose? How do I open the unit up to check?Thanks in advance.Doc
