Why do you need to know?  There really isn't a line between healthy and non healthy.

It could be that saltine crackers really don't have any fat to them, whereas things like Ritz or Club crackers have fat added to make them more rich.

To be frank, I love club crackers.  I can eat them by themselves. I don't like to eat to many just a few.   Now, saltines those are awesome but I can only eat with chiken noodle soup.  And I can eat a lot of them.
