Insect that looked like a pistachio?

Question

ok, there was a bug in my room.

it had 6 legs, and wings.

it was brown on the top

and green on its stomach.

it had a tiangle shape right under its head on the top right above the wings(it was kinda like a triangle shaped neck)

it had black beady eyes

and 2 red antenna's

also, when you moved the wings, it was black but around the outside of the black was white with brown spots.

what kind of bug is this?

is it dangerous?

how did it get in my house?

It sounds like it is a spined soldier bug...scroll down to "07/13/07". It's just a type of stinkbug and nothing to worry about. It eats smaller insects.
