Insecticide fogger?

Question

do i have to shut off the gas valve on my stove before using a fogger? i've used one of these things before and all i remember doing - at most - was blowing out the pilot light?

if i do have to turn off the gas valve - where is it located on the stove and what does it look like - i don't see anything that looks like a handle or k**b labelled "gas valve.'

i appreciate your help

If you are talking about those home base can foggers then you don't have to do anything. They are safe. If it is an outside base barn fogger then DO NOT use it in the house as it will blow up if an open flame is present.
