Insects in my house.. Summer?

There are ants in my house, also i've seen 2 roaches so far and a spider every 2-3 days. I've tried the baby powder for the ants, usually there's a huge trail, i destroy that trail and tomorrow they'll be somewhere else. Usually happens in summer. Is there a way i can get rid of them for good?

instead of baby power for the ants try baking soda.  I used that last summer and so far, so good.  For the roaches, I don't have a clue other than roach traps.  Definitely try the baking soda and don't kill the spiders or take them out, they will help keep the ant population down.  Well, of course if it a wolf spider then you probably should get rid of that or put it with the roaches.  Summer is great, but the bugs suck.

If you don't have anything to lose try sprinkling the baking soda where the roaches seem to reside.  Put the baking soda any place the ants and/or roaches seem to be or walk.

Our house has the same problem and what i found that works the best are the aunt traps called rapid ant bait just set them around where the ants are the most and they'll be gone by the next day.

Call an exterminator ASAP. If you have them come to your house once every three months the bugs shouldn't come back.
