Of course it is.  Few even realize the effects of flouride on people.  IT'S POISON FOLKS!!!!  There are only 2 countries in the entire world that put fluoride in their public drinking water.  Australia and the US.  One of the results is passiveness.

it is widely stated by dentists that flouride is not at all beneficial when swallowed, it is a topical drug... the % of flouride listed in tooth paste ( which equals a dab of toothpaste on HALF the brush ) is the same amount found in a 8oz. glass of water... IT SAYS ON THE TUBE NOT TO SWALLOW, AND IF YOU DO CONTACT A POISON CONTROL CENTER......so why should we have to swallow it in water?

Well, this statement:

"...any person who drinks artificially-fluorinated water for a period of one year or more will never again be the same person mentally or physically."

Let's see. I have been drinking fluorinated water for some 50 years now, and I do not have any of the symptoms listed on your referred URL page. My dental check-ups are much better than when I was a kid. My teeth ARE HARDER. At least that part worked.

Yes.And it was known many decades ago by the Germans.And in the 1950's a study in Wisconsin proved it was used for poisoning and control.
