Inside of my Timex digital watch has water droplets/its foggy, help!?

so my Timex t5j131 watch has been like this for many weeks. tried to use a hairdryer, but it didn't work and i don't have a radiator to put it on, any suggestions?!!

lay the watch face down it will dry out.

Take it in and get if fixed!  Even if it dries out now, as soon as it sees some moisture, it'll fog up again because the waterproofing seals aren't working.  They've either cracked or dried out and let the moisture past their barriers.

If you don't get the water out soon, it will corrode the circuits in the watch and it will die.
