it's probably just an ear infection. if it hurts when u go upside down then it's an ear infection

You have an ear infection.  For now, you can use the Similasin Ear Ache relief that can be bought at any drug store.  If it is hurting that bad, then you need to see a doctor for some antibiotics.

Sounds like and infection or sinus problem, it probably a good idea to get it checked by a doctor.
