can anyone tell me the electrical components inside a tv?

and how does those components support the tv itself?

  2. What sort of tv ?

    The first ones have a cathode ray tube and a chemical impregnated screen that glows when an electron hits it.

    The also have a transformer because the voltages needed for the cathode ray tube are much larger than mains voltage.

    Decoder - for taking the signal and turning it into sound and image

    Speakers

    infra red sensor for the remote.

    etc there are loads and loads more but they are relatively unimportant.
