Hello everybody, I bought the 19" LCD insignia television at BestBuy (Westcandle, FL). I did not receive a remote control. When I install the television, the power bottom is only blinking from orange to green. I have tried everything, but unfortunately without result. I also contacted Insignia and Best Buy, but they were not able to help me. What is the problem? Is the television locked? Is the television broken? Do I really NEED that specific remote control to put it on? Any suggestions? I hope one of you knows how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance
