For 2 weeks now I've had barely any sleep and I'm so tried! My brain just won't shut off when I try and sleep. My sleep has also been really light and constantly waking up and when I do wake up my brain instantly starts racing again. I can't even have a nap in the day or anything because of it.Normally I'm a pretty heavy sleeper and get 8-9 hours a night but I've only been getting 3-6 hours of bad sleep a night now.Does anyone know a anything that might help me sleep?
