Insomnia badly!!!!!!?

any ideas i took have been taking some Tylenol pm but i hate it cuz then I'm tired all the next day anything natural or somthing like that

  1. had a sleep disorder since childhood. got a medical exemption for pot, i also have a seizure disorder and anxiety attacks, but i don't like being buzzed. a more natural way that used to work quite well before i was in such chronic pain follows;

    i like to burn incense, really like cedar, or i smudge with sweetgrass. then i make the room totally dark, warm but a window slightly open for fresh air, and then i exhale as fully as possible emptying my lungs. then take the biggest, deepest breath you can, and as you exhale, imagine allyour problems, all your stress escaping with the air. than breath slightly deeper than normal, and count your breath. one then exhale,one do this up to 6, then countdown from 6, after 2 reps of this stop counting, imagine you are drifting on a cloud, above all the noise and strife, and drift to a nice peaceful place i went to a mountain lake, and usually by then it was morning, and i was waking up after a restful slumber. now i just use vodka and lots of it, but i am crippled, 5 crushed vertabrae, and recently was blinded in a knife fight, so the pain keeps me awake, liquor takes away the pain. good luck, hope this answer bored you to sleep!


  2. Try drinking warm milk before you sleep, listening to some soft soothing music, reading a super boring book, or (provided you're not allergic to them) putting a few drops of lavender oil on your pillow. Good luck and sweet dreams :)
