Ive had insomnia for quite a few years and its getting worse and worse. I dont worry too much or get stressed, im quite calm, i think its just cause my mind is active and I think a lot about things. But nothing seems to work like hot chocolate, hot baths before bed etc. Its at the stage where Its making me depressed and ruining anything fun I ever have planned cause Im always tired. Im gonna try Nytol..is that a good idea? does it actually work? Im 16 and i cant take not being able to sleep any more.
