I have been up almost every night for the past week with insomnia. Here's the checklist: I've cut out any sugar or chocolate, caffeinated drinks, as well as movies or TV after 8pm. I've tried taking Melatonin, sleeping pills, and Calcium. I've taken pregnancy tests (all negative). I'm not agitated, stressed or upset. I am not exhausted the next day, just tired. I've been riding my bike, doing relaxing yoga. WHAT ELSE can I be trying? I do NOT want to go to the doctor and get on some medicine that will have unknown side effects...
