Install Apps on my iTouch without Jailbreaking?

I wanna add a couple of applications I got, but I want to install it on my iTouch without Jailbreaking it. Is it possible? THANKS!

You have to be more specific with this, if you have downloaded apps from the App Store you can get them on your touch by syncing the applications through iTunes (have you bought the $10 upgrade)  You need the upgrade to use apps from the app store.  If you haven't bought the upgrade and don't want to, then no, there is no way to get apps onto your touch without Jailbreaking it.  If you have apps from somewhere else, you will also need to Jailbreak it to SSH into it to add the apps.  Short answer Yes through app store,
