Install both d-Aware" and "Spybot, Search & Destroy",

can I install both of that two software, and use them without any problem.

yes you can, i suggest install Ad-Aware first before Spybot, you will know why after.

Absolutely!

Now, Spybot prompts you saying "Lavasoft is installed" and asks what to do... just click "ignore"

I recommend deselecting "Tea Timer" when installing Spybot. This will get on your nerves (even though it's good that it's always running in the background)

They do interfere with each other. So I recommend getting the best one out of them (in my opinion, Ad Aware 2008 SE).

You can, and it's usually a good idea (since there are occasions when one or the other piece of software will catch something that the other doesn't).

Unfortunately, if I recall correctly, spybot views ad-aware as a piece of spyware (something about the spy/mal/adware definitions maybe).

You can simply ignore any files that are in the ad-aware folder when you run a scan.  Worst case, if you allow it to wipe them out, you just have to reinstall it.
