Install weather channel button on home page?

Question

i have att. yahoo "the weather channel" need a button on home page to click and get local weather and i can go from there. needs to be free and simple

On the new AT&T My Yahoo! find and click "Personalize this page", select "Add Module" and select "My Yahoo Essentials", scroll the list to "Weather" and click " + ADD", click "Close" on the upper right corner to finish.

To customize locations, click the "cog" icon on the right upper corner of the module and add your city.  Click "Save" when your're ready.

You may need to reload your browser to see the change.  

If the module doesn't show the info you may need to update your system at the Microsoft Update site for XP or Vista. Earlier versions of Windows may not work.
