I purchased the OneTouch4 to back up the files on our old cpu. Installation went OK. When I tried ti install on the new cpu, an error message popped up, hardware installation failed. When I plug in the usb cable, the only thing I get is an autoplay window showing picture options, general options, and setting autoplay options in control panel. There is no program installed and no desktop shortcut. How can I install this; there is no software included in the package and I can't get it to load from the OneTouch. I have considered hooking up the ld cpu and copying the files from it. Do you have any suggestions?
