Installation of a whirlybird?

I need to replace a whirlybird but I am not real sure how to do so. Any ideas???? Or websites that can help? DIY isn't helping much.

  2. Most whirlybird vents are two pieces. The base which goes under and over the roofing and the vent turbine itself. If the base is solid and not rusted etc. all you have to change is the vent. It is attached by 3 or 4 screws. Good Luck
