Installation problem with Sibelius 5 on Vista

Trying to install Sibelius 5 on a brand new Toshiba laptop that has Windows Vista. Won't install

Same problem on Dell Inspiron 1525 with Vista- tried various software upgrades (Adobe 9, Google Desktop etc.) and still won't work!! Now installing on old home computer running Windows XP.
