Installed a pool now i need to run elertric for pump

looking to run elertric to pump for pool what supplys and how should i do it so that it will pass inspection i have done some elertric work before just not a pool

Depends on where you live. Each area has its own specific codes. I could describe to you how I did mine, but it may be different in your area.

Most cities have requirements as to how deep to bury the wires, type of conduit, distance from motor to pool, switch to pool, etc. Your local building department is the place to ask.

Find a reputable hardware store in your area. Tell them that you're installing the electrical for a pool in (city). Chances are that someone there has dealt with that before, and will know precisely what materials will be required.

Use UF cable for underground 12-2 should do it it will have to be buried 8" but if its got to be inspected you will likely need a permit and to get one in some jurisdictions you must be a licensed electrition
