Installing 240v recessed spots in uk?

Question

hiya guys before you say you need to be a fully qualified sparky in the uk i already know. What is the best way to install 5 fire rated 240v spots size cable also one spot to next or back to the junction box by the way this is connecting via an exsisting ceiling rose

Wire size is rated by amperage, but usually #12AWG ( US )  and it would be cheaper and easier to run the lights from one to the other, assuming they are all fed from one switch .... and you wanted them to come on at the same time. Hope this helps.
