Installing DVD player/RF Modulator with Star...

I have a Nexxtech RF Modulator that is used to connect my DVD player to my older Sears TV. I just had Star Choice Satellite installed and unfortunately the tech disconnected everything. Now I have no idea how to hook up my RF Modulator and my DVD player again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksSherrie
