Installing Leopard onto Tiger Mac Os X?!?

I've downloaded the image, iATKOS_v1.0i.iso, but I'm not even sure if that will work seeing as how I'm already using an Apple laptop, and I just want to upgrade to Leopard.

Can someone help me? Is there a way to upgrade from Tiger 10.4 to Leopard without having to the buy the DVD?

Let's see, you want to install an illegal copy (bootleg at best) of Leopard onto your Mac to save $100? And you want people here to help you possibly destroy your Mac? Sorry.
