Installing Resident Evil 4

Question

Instructions say that the "CD key is included in the product, so there is no need to enter it. Just click 'Next' to continue." Yet when I try it says key is incorrect and I can't get any further. What do I need to do? Thanks for any help you might offer. (I have a PC with windows XP)
