Installing a new faucet?

my old faucet has three holes cold hot and faucet and the new one i want only has a single spout can i use it?if so what do i do with the 2 extra holes?

Yes, when you remove the old faucet, you will find the same alignment of holes with the new mixer faucet.

The 2 "extra holes" is where the there will be threaded plastic bolts that allow you to secure the faucet to the sink.
