  1. Step down transformer would do it for u. SORRY paulo didn't read your answer

  2. i can answer that second part. a step down transformer is a device that lowers the incoming voltage to an amount for a particular appliance. battery chargers and almost all appliances have some form of a step down transformer. on a larger scale, those big can looking things on power lines are step down transformers. they lower huge voltage amounts to the amount, 220, that enters our houses, (us of a that is).

something about this whole question bothers me. almost all 220 outlets require a 220 plug. whatever you do, dont plug a 110 appliance into a 220 plug. in the us of a, 220/240 comes into the house and is split into a bunch of 110/120 outlets and a few 220 outlets. this whole question confuses me. if the outlet looks like a normal outlet, plug in the lamp and it will work. dont plug the lamp into the clothes dryer outlet and you will be ok.

  3. Use the 110v outlet?? Or buy a stepdown xformer.

  4. es duro pero espero que la puedas instalar solo cambiaras los volts y de ves comprar un regulador de luz suerte.

  5. In a 220 volt place, I never heard of this set up.There is always a 220 for a dryer or air conditioner , and 110 for lamps and radios

  6. its very simple you have to install two 110V lamps in series

  7. Why not just use 220 bulbs or lamps?

  8. you need to call an electrician before you burn your house down
