Installing baseboard trim in garage/how to attach to concrete?

I am attempting to install composite baseboard trim in my garage. Due to the slope of my garage, near the entrance there is 4 inches of concrete before the drywall starts. The trim that I'm using is 4 1/4 high. Although I can brad nail the top, how should I attach the bottom?

Liquid Nail adhesive is a standard brand but I have swiched to Loctite Brand adhesives.  Compare the usage label for specifics but I can tell you that for longevity....Loctite Adhesives last longer and seem less likely to flex with heat and cold  (a consideration near the entrance)
