Installing games on Sony PSP?

I was about to install a game on my PSP, but when it's in USB mode the folders such as Games, Images and Music were missing... What will i do???

  1. is it hacked? if not you can't run homebrew games on it


  2. well if you want to play downloaded games, then you need custom firmware. but depending on what version of the psp you have, you might not need to use pandoras battery and magic memory stick. go here for more information: http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstat...

    if you just want the music photos and videos, then just connect the usb, once the window pops up, make folders called PHOTO MUSIC VIDEO all in capital letters and put the files in the right folder and everything should work again. remember to convert the video files to .mp4 first.

  3. You have to be running custom firmware (hacked). To install custom firmware you need a Pandora's battery and magic memory stick. You wont be able to play any downloaded games till you are running custom firmware.

    To get your folders back, Turn on your PSP go to Settings, System Setting, Format Memory stick. Doing this will delete everything on the memory stick.
