Installing .inf without right click?

Question

I can't right click, I have the code and stuff to fix the problem, but I can't right click the .inf file to install it.

SO basically, how can I install a .inf file without right clicking??????

first things first.

look at line 175, column 2

save "infinstall.reg" to desktop, then d-click it.

This will restore the ability to right click ini files,

with a choice to install.

The hard way: open the ini file with notepad, and manually copy entries  to registry.

This can be tricky!
