Installing new cassette on Gary Fisher Big Sur 2004, what tools?

What tools will I need to change the cassette?

Also, will a Nashbar 9 Speed 11x34 Cassette be fine?

is a repair stand useful for htis? is it hard to do this?

you'll need a cassette lockring tool, a chainwhip to hold the cassette still and a spanner or socket wrench to turn the lockring tool with. If the old cassette is a 9 speed 11/12-32/34 it will be fine.

It's not hard, you shouldn't need a bike stand. You'll only have to remove the rear wheel.
