  1. Alabang Town Center started out as a strip mall, with a movie theater and grocery store and nearby church.  It was initially called New Alabang Commercial Center.

    It was redeveloped in the 1990s into a Lifestyle Center with shopping, dining and entertainment venues that reflect the lifestyles of the people living in the community it serves.

    It is owned by Ayala Land Inc. Commercial  Centers Group.
