  1. There is plenty you can do to aid in the reduction of high blood pressure.

    First analyze your lifestyle, re-think what you eat, cutting out high in sodium foods (cut back on that salt), eating fresher foods & reducing any problems with chemicals that are not good for you (eg cigarettes & caffeine)

    Put in some exercise, even if it's just walking around your house, or take on an activity that might interest you such as  Thai chi, yoga, martial arts, riding a bike, bizarre dance moves in your bedroom by yourself.

    Having an intake of proper nutrition, vitamins and water to help your body function to the best of it's ability during the day eg. Vitamin E, C, Calcium , Potassium, Magnesium and proteins.  Talk to your doctor to see if you are deficient in anything and what they would recommend in dosage wise for each (you can find each at your local grocery store). Try to increase water intake too.

    Reducing stress, organizing the environment around you, fixing up a proper schedule to follow, making a list to guide you through the day. Then taking time out to relax a bit, even if it's with some breathing excercises (the whole inhale exhale thing).

  5. cut down on salted items,caffeine,do not try to do anything that cause you to get head trauma as far as upset situations goes...when upset drink teas, sleepy time is good for to calm down with..with a relaxing hot bath with salts too,mint is a good one as well a vanilla one or lavender
