Instead Softcup ...?

Question

Has anyone used a softcup to conceive? How many times did you use it before it worked? Do you know anyone that has used it? Did it work for them? Thanks!

I have run into some people online that have used them and it has worked.  Some have even used them on a busy day instead of BD and it has worked.  I use them, but I haven't conceived yet.  I do have a whole host of other fertility problems that are preventing it, though.  There is a lot of disagreement on whether or not it helps to use a cup or sit with your rear end raised for 15-30 minutes after intercourse.  Obviously it is not necessary, otherwise we would not need birth control, we would just stand up after s*x if we didn't want to get pregnant, but the studies on whether or not it helps are inconclusive.  Instead has FDA approval pending as a conception aid, but it has not passed yet (that can take a very long time).  I figure for the low price and ease of use, it is worth it to be sure, but I use my cup for a cycle before tossing it and I only use it when I am fertile.  Using a new one every time you BD at all could get very expensive.

I'm just using my diaphragm (no spermicide of course!).  It certainly can't hurt, right?

I'm trying to conceive by artificial insemination and the first time i tried it i used the instead cups.i got pregnant on the first try thanks to those cups.but i ended up having miscarriage two weeks after i found out i was pregnant.
