Instead of CO2 for airguns?

Is thier something you can use in CO2 powered airguns/pellet guns insted of CO2 cartiges like compressed air or some rig that is simular to a paintball gun where u can swrew in a big tank? Dont feel like spending all the money for lots of CO2 cans, but dont have the money for PCP airgun.

i think crosman sells an air source adapter.  then you could use compressed air... just make sure you regulate it which most tank are pre regulated.

Then, you're left with pump-pneumatics and springers.
