  1. You can eat a bowl of pebbles if you really want to. They are just as healthy as hobnobs ad milk.

  2. I think you will end up feeling hungry again  before lunch and therefore start to snack and will pile on the pounds

  3. Not a good idea.HobNobs contain a high sugar and fat level. Plenty of calories but little nutrition.

  4. you cant ask anyone that question, i mean no one actually knows. Maybe u should try it ...

  5. maybe a breakfast bar and milk, but whatever rocks your boat providing its healthy

  6. You could - if you eat anything for breakfast it's usually better than eating nothing but it wouldn't have the same benefits as eating a bowl of muesli. For instance, hobnobs have a lot more fat intake, and you're not eating the raisins which count as fruit. Although the glass of milk will be the same :-)

  7. dont have a set item for breakfast eat what takes your fancy , assuming you have it. i sometimes have sandwiches, soup leftover curry , fruit porrige

  8. LOL! I can see where you are coming from but HobNobs have a really high percentage of fat and sugar. In fairness a lot of premade muesli cereals like Alpen also contain quite a lot of sugar but you can buy brands that don't or even make your own.

    Just mix

    dry porridge oats

some dried fruit (apricots/raisins/sultanas/apples - whatever you like)

nuts (brazils/hazelnuts/cahews - again whatever you like)

Some people add sugar to this mix or if you like you can sweeten it with honey - your choice.

You can also add fresh fruit e.g. a sliced banana.

A bowl of this with low fat milk is good because it contains a lot of enrgy but the kind that is released slowly so it keeps you going for longer.

  9. Go for it, it's the weekend! =]

  10. If you think the two are nutritionally similar, you need to learn to read the packet contents. If you want our approval to do something stupid, yes, go ahead it's your body.

  11. A whole packet of hobnobs is alot more fattening and high in calories than a bowl of muesli. I'd stick to muesli if I were you and skimmed milk :)

  12. I can imagine hobnobs being loaded with sugar, but I may be wrong.
