I've read on other questions that its not healthy to wear a bra when you sleep, so what undergarment should you wear or should you just not wear anything under your pj's?

Also, my b***s aren't really big and I would like them to be but I know its all hereditary so what do I wear that wont slow down my boob growth?

  1. Why would you wear anything?

    PJs...?  Sleep naked.

  2. Two research projects, one at Otsuma Women's University, Japan and one in France, presented to the Faculté de Médecine et de Pharmacie de Besançon, indicate that wearing a bra accelerates sagging due to the loss of tone of the ligaments and muscles that support the b*****s.

(Former) Playtex executive, John Dixey -- "We have no evidence that wearing a bra could prevent sagging, because the breast itself is not muscle, so keeping it toned up is an impossibility. What it can do, particularly for larger-breasted women, is obviously to provide the comfort and the support. So, if a woman wants a particular breast profile, she will buy a particular brand, and that is what they're designed for. There's no permanent effect on the breast from wearing a particular bra. The bra will give you the shape the bra's been designed to give while you're wearing it. Of course, when you take it off, you go 'au natural.' "

Artificially supporting the breast won't tone the ligaments and muscles any more than having your arm in a sling will tone its ligaments and muscles.
