Question:

Instructional Assistant-MOST?

Ok, so I have an interview coming up for this position. However, I'm not sure if I'm qualified, even though I am encouraged that I was invited to an interview after they reviewed my resumé. My question is: If I don't have 60 credit hours or Associate Degree, is it possible for me to still get the job? and What does "MOST" refer to?

I am going for a BA in Elementry Education, but I've only just got into my sophomore year of college. Are there any teachers that could give me some advice? Thanks.

  1. NCLB states that in order for you to get employed as an instructional Aide you need  be highly qualified. That means that you need to either hava an associates degree or at least 60 credit hours. It is even better if you have already taken some ECED classes.
