Instructional video?

I have to make an instructional video for t.v. productions, and i don't know what to do...Any ideas? I can't do something stupid like, tie a shoe or make a sandwhich.... Thanks

  1. How about instructions on capturing video to your camcorder, connecting the camcorder to your computer and transferring the video... and editing the video and burning a DVD?
